More than 80 objects and photographs from the decades-old City of Golden collection, including tools from one of the town’s first professional dentists and a superb collection of Coors pottery, are on display. Each of the objects in the Show & Tell exhibition tells a unique story about Golden history, from the 18-foot-long Foss Drug sign to Jolly Rancher memorabilia and a treasure box used to carry gold and soldiers’ wages on the Wells Fargo stagecoach.

You’ll also stop by the grave of Willie Russell and hear about his tragic death at the Golden Paper Mill. Come listen to some of the humorous, and not so humorous, tales dug up from Golden's history. Advance registration required. $12 members, $15 nonmembers. Tickets go on sale September 21; please call 303.278.3557 to sign up.
